精密機械工業に使用される研磨材については、切削性、精度について非常に厳しい要求が多く、技術的にも相当困難な問題もありますが、充分に満足いただくセンターレス研磨材が製造でき、日本でNO．1の技術を誇っております。
顧客先の自動機の無人化運転、組み立てロボット化により研磨材の精度は以前よりますます厳しいものを要求されるようになりましたが、品質管理を徹底することにより、充分に対応しております。
母材については殆どが大同特殊鋼株式会社の製品であり、大同の技術を利用させていただき、品質良好、均質な研磨材を顧客先に供給できますことを誇りとしています。

Production and sales of centerless grinding processed rods to be used for; watch,
electrical instrument, automobile parts, medical and dental instrument, etc.

We can specially produce ultra-precision centerless grinding rods, whose tolerance is less than 2/1000mm(2μ).
Please do not hesitate to ask us whenever such rods are needed.
For automatic machining, facing and chamfering of rod-ends will be performed.
Rods are checked by detector being worked to avoid discovery of flaws in the finished products.
